In China, tea has been cultivated for thousands of years and mostly drunk green. The first teas to reach Europe in the 17th century were also green and unfermented. Only later did black tea catch on here. Enjoy a cup of this original green tea. Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup pour hot, no longer boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 1-2 minutes for a fine aroma, 2-4 minutes for a stronger taste.
