The new Sgajo Prosecco DOC Treviso is a delicately sweet and aromatic variant of the Extra dry that is grown on the Piave plain. The 2013 bottling officially becomes a Prosecco Vegan. The preparation during pressing corresponds to that of a Prosecco DOCG with the
First pressing must. If necessary, bentonite and vegetable protein from peas are used to clarify the fermented wine instead of protein products of animal origin. With a fragrant aroma, it is fresh and very accessible to enjoy, perfect as an aperitif.
