Mahmood rice is grown in northern India and Pakistan. Fertile soils and water from mountain streams rich in minerals give the rice its royal aroma. It doesn't stick, stays grainy and goes perfectly with Far Eastern dishes.

Rinse rice thoroughly with cold water before cooking. Soak in water for 30 minutes.

Cook in an open pot. 1 x cup of water = 1 x cup of rice.
