«The Asian parsley» What the parsley is to us, the coriander herb is in Asia. The green leaves have a distinctive, sweet-tart aroma and are great in Thai curries, the Vietnamese pho, noodle soup, but also in Peruvian ceviche, raw fish with lemon and coriander. Coriander herb is also often used to flavor salads, soups and sauces and is an indispensable part of Asian and Oriental cuisine. Caution, there is a risk of addiction.
